Burn your legs and a lot of fat with this workout. Short 15 to 25 minutes workout, depending how many rounds you make! No Gym needed!

 

The workout consist of 5 exercises:

 

  1. Jump Lunges 40 sec on 20 sec off -
  2. Skater Jumps 40 sec on 20 sec off -
  3. High Knees 40 sec on 20 sec off -
  4. Hip Thrusts 40 sec on 20 sec off -
  5. Frog Squats 40 sec on 20 sec off -

That’s one round, do 3 to 5 rounds!
