- Jump Lunges 40 sec on 20 sec off -
- Skater Jumps 40 sec on 20 sec off -
- High Knees 40 sec on 20 sec off -
- Hip Thrusts 40 sec on 20 sec off -
- Frog Squats 40 sec on 20 sec off -
That’s one round, do 3 to 5 rounds!
